Stacy Harwood, Ph.D. is a Professor in the City & Metropolitan Planning Department at the University of Utah. She is an urban planning scholar and educator on immigration, community development, racial justice and local public policy. She holds a bachelor’s in quantitative economics and decision sciences from University of California, San Diego; a master’s in urban and regional planning from University of California, Irvine; and a PhD in Planning from the University of Southern California.
