Anna Singer is the policy analyst for land and water program implementation at the Babbitt Center for Land and Water Policy, a center of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. She works to address the sustainability of water and land resources, helping communities implement meaningful policies and practical solutions that recognize their connections. Previously, she was a researcher at the Brookings Institution, where she led research on state and federal infrastructure funding mechanisms, climate financing, and affordability of drinking water. Anna holds a bachelor of arts in public policy and in environment studies from the University of Delaware and a master of public policy from the University of Southern California with a sustainability policy and planning certificate.
