Michelle Larime is a Principal Planner for the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) within the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada. Michelle administers the Southern Nevada Strong (SNS) Regional Policy Plan and provides technical assistance and project management for studies related to transportation, housing, transit-oriented development, economic development, and health. Examples of this work include RTC’s 2021 Regional Housing Inventory and management of RTC’s Livable Centers Program, which supports the development of walkable, affordable, and healthy communities at a local scale.
