Neil Homer, MRTPI, is a chartered town planner and social entrepreneur with a 40-year career in the United Kingdom. He has worked in the public and private planning sectors and in 2011 founded and has since led a market leading planning consultancy, ONH Planning for Good. ONH specializes in advising public sector clients on plan making, master planning, development management and urban design at the town and village scale. Neil obtained an MBA from the Open Business School in 1997, studying scenario planning in a corporate setting, and he has sought to deploy the concept across his professional career ever since.
