Elizabeth Ginsberg, AICP, is a senior policy analyst and urban planner at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP). In addition to currently leading the scenario planning component of CMAP’s Century Plan—which uses updated trend analysis and strategic foresight to define grand challenges facing the region across a range of scenario-based futures—she has worked on regional long-range planning, economic development, redevelopment and reinvestment strategies, tax and fiscal policy, and transportation finance. She holds a master of urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a bachelor of arts in political science and sociology from Pacific Lutheran University.
