Daniela Faria supports and leads initiatives that advance futures-oriented planning across Latin America. She has worked in urban planning and design across the public and private sectors, as well as in research and teaching, reflecting her commitment to integrating these dimensions to pursue more just and sustainable urban futures. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in architecture and urbanism from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil and is currently pursuing a PhD in environmental sciences at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
